Jackie Errico

Jackie Errico began her website development and graphic design business in June of 2005. She was looking for an opportunity to express her creative and artistic inclinations after a decade and a half of sales and sales management experience with several national manufacturers and distributors in the food industry. She returned to school for a combination of college courses and technical software training to build the skills necessary to pursue her ambitions. She received confirmation, in a sense, of her developing skill set, by winning the 2006 Nightfall Concert Series annual design contest for the artwork representing the popular Chattanooga concert series. The contest is entered by many area artists and graphic designers.

She enthusiastically agreed to take on her husband as a business partner and re-launch her labor of love as a full service online marketing agency, RiverWorks Marketing Group, in 2009. Jackie concentrates her efforts on website and graphic design, email marketing and social media. She enjoys the opportunities to create original images and logos from the imagination and vision of clients. However, her strong sales background and social nature requires she balance her creative time with a good dose of client interaction. Steve Errico joined his wife's web development and graphic design business in 2009 and they rebranded the business as RiverWorks Marketing Group, adding online marketing services to the portfolio. Steve received training from a National Agency in online strategies during the Spring of 2009 and now serves as a conference trainer and mentor for new agency owners. He focuses most of his attention on website project management, copy writing, search marketing and online communication. He conducts many of the free internet marketing consultations.

Steve is a seasoned business executive with very diverse experience in small and middle market companies. From 2000 until 2008 he served as COO and CEO for Five Star Food Service, a $145MM food service company operating in 7 States. Prior to that he was President of Custom Food Group, a Dallas Texas based foodservice company he grew from $22MM to $120MM from 1992 until 2000. He held the positions of Controller, VP Finance and VP Human Resources for Southwest Coca-Cola and its predecessor companies from 1985 until 1992 as they grew from a $50MM enterprise to a $200MM company. He was also the Controller of a 40,000 head commercial feed yard, an auditor for a Big 6 accounting firm and a Psychologist for a community mental health organization. He holds a BA from Angelo State University and MA from Texas Tech in Psychology and an additional 30 hours of accounting from West Texas A&M University. Read More...

Amy Bingham

Amy recently joined Riverworks Marketing to oversee many of our  clients' social media campaigns and assist with other marketing strategies. Amy worked for 5 years in Memphis, TN as the Director of Communications for a large insurance agency. She gained experience managing the public relations, advertising and marketing efforts and developed new and innovative ideas to promote the insurance agency’s services. She also served as the Director of the Lipscomb & Pitts Breakfast Club, a business development organization, where she planned and executed successful high-level networking events and recruited member organizations to join.  Personally, Amy is married to her husband, Russ, who is a Director of Recreation at a church. They have one daughter, Anna Claire, and they love living in Chattanooga.

Brenda received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. She began working in corporate accounting at Fender Musical Instruments in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1998. A few years later she moved back to her home town, Oskaloosa, Iowa and began working for First Investment Realty in accounting as well as sales. In 2008 she returned to school to obtain her MBA from St. Ambrose University. She received her degree in 2009 and, shortly, thereafter, began working with RiverWorks Marketing Group to assist Iowa businesses leverage the power of the internet to help grow their business. Brenda is a conscientious sales professional who will take the time to understand your business objectives and help craft an online marketing strategy that delivers results. She currently resides in West Des Moines, Iowa and call on clients throughout the region.
