One half of Riverworks’ ownership, Steve Errico, alongside his wife Jackie, keeps our ship sailing due north. Steve prioritizes a work environment that fosters personal success and well being as much as it does professional excellence, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Riverworks culture is as much about family as it is being a well-oiled marketing machine. Steve helps to ensure we have an atmosphere that nurtures creative expression with the direction to ensure client success.
Steve transitioned from a career in Psychology over 35 years ago, when he was a clinical therapist in Texas. Since that time he has served as Chairman of the Board, CEO and COO for Five Star Food Service, President of Custom Food Group, and Controller, VP Finance, and VP Human Resources for Southwest Coca-Cola and it’s predecessor companies. It is with this business experience and vast work history that Steve brings passion and success to the world of marketing for small and middle-market companies.
He joined the Riverworks crew in 2009, teaming up with wife Jackie to include online marketing services in addition to the existing graphic design and web development offerings. Steve and Jackie have since grown Riverworks Marketing Group into the Chattanooga-based, full-service digital marketing agency it is today.
With a keen understanding of the importance of relationship building, Steve excels at interacting with clients and ensuring their voices are heard throughout the creative process. He has a knack for balancing client wishes with best practices in marketing for solutions that are effective and reflect the brand of the organization.

During the workday, he focuses much of his attention on branding, strategy development, and sales along with organizational development inside Riverworks. Steve views his mission as more than the delivery of online tactics– he gets great satisfaction from helping businesses organize their thoughts on sales objectives and formulating marketing plans that drive their businesses toward success. He has a firm grasp on how to translate concrete business objectives into online marketing strategies that help accelerate growth.
A believer in the beauty of collaboration, Steve is always open to team feedback and ideas, helping to hoan them and ultimately pushing projects forward with a certain sophistication that comes from having been there and done that.

Steve loves reading, the Los Angeles Rams, and being outdoors, hiking and enjoying hilly neighborhood walks with his wife Jackie and four-legged companion, Bernie. Fun-loving to the core, he genuinely strives to ensure that the Riverworks experience is as fun as it is productive– for clients and team members alike. We’re lucky to work for such an amazing guy!
